Technical Account Senior Manager, LTE Radio Access

The Senior Manager of Technical Sales will be responsible for driving Samsung's network products and solutions for the customer network account nationwide. This is a direct customer facing Technical Account Manager role specifically for Wireless technology, and you will be instrumental in driving technical discussions for our customer's LTE Radio Access software features and roadmap. In partnership with Samsung's network sales team, you will work to identify technical needs so that technical solutions can be developed and positioned to drive sales revenue targets. You will be relied upon as the technical SME for RF software features and functionality with regards to 4G technologies. This encompasses pre-sales, technical design and post-sales support (toensure what was promised was delivered). Role and Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include: Supports business meetings initiated by Samsung's customer Account Sales Leadership to increase existing sales and introduce new products Provides expert technical support in the pre-sales process and creates compelling technical and commercial solutions in order to help achieve the assigned sales goals and business objectives Translates and communicates complex technical design considerations between the Samsung sales team and customer's network business (sales calls, joint network design discussions, etc.) Takes the lead in technical Q&A for Samsung's LTE Radio Access Solutions and RF features Develops deep relationships within customer's network business at multiple levels of the technical organization and nationwide market; Establish/maintain trust and rapport as the SME for technical network solutions. Create proposals based on new and existing contractual agreements Educate our network customers on Samsung's new products and services both individually and in a team environment. Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan. Works with Samsung marketing and engineering teams for product development plans, schedules, and product introductions Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams from SEA and Samsung HQ to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments. Skills and Qualifications Background & Competencies Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred (advanced engineering) MBA is a plus. 10+ years of RF planning experience 7+ total years of experience within the Wireless/Networks industry focused on LTE Radio Access. 5+ years of end to end LTE network systems engineering experience 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Must possess the ability to analyze, interpret, and present (including presentation creation) technical products and development materials to both internal and external stakeholders. Must possess the ability to THRIVE in a highly dynamic cross-functional environment (partnership across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Global HQ, etc.) PLUS navigate a complex customer stakeholders and business unit; Interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate an organization and manage-via-influence are just as paramount as the technical ability. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be skilled in developing and maintaining good working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 75% of work time in an office work environment Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical and include time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and project management stress. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
