Our HCM Sales Specialist are able to sell the most powerful, user friendly and intuitive HCM software available to the SME market to C-Level & VP Level executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Profile & hunt prospective clients & key contact points
- Sell primarily virtually within an assigned territory to cultivate new revenue opportunities
- Develop relationships with Centers of Influence to drive referrals
- Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts to efforts to sell new additional products
- Develop high impact presentations/product demos designed to highlight additional value to clients
- Formulate and present proposals to depict the benefits of our highly-customizable solutions
- Negotiate sound financial agreements
- Maintain and manage a sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned sales quota
- Track sales activity and transactions in Salesforce.
com and reports information to management - Achieve or exceed assigned monthly new revenue goals
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 2-5 years of consultative sales in payroll, HR, HCM or SaaS/software solutions preferred OR
- Strong sales aptitude/orientation including practical experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Hunter mentality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
