In the Administrative Assistant / Entry Level Business Analyst position, the individual will be responsible for providing timely administrative support and general secretarial / clerical support directly to the company team.
Under the direction of supervisors, the expert will also deal with the following responsibilities:
- Render administrative support services to the company supervisors, including: Managing meetings, company schedules, travel arrangements as well as expense reports.
- Offer general clerical / secretarial support to the company supervisors, including sorting and opening mail, making copies, faxing documents and maintaining supplies.
- Update invoice tracking.
- Organize / implement / maintain records, files and databases.
- Render shared support services to the Managers of the department, including sorting and opening mails, making copies, faxing documents and maintaining supplies.
Requirements
The Administrative Assistant / Entry Level Business Analyst position involves the following requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability and strong desire to work with no supervision as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle responsibilities within the fast aced environment where accountability to the company team and individual initiative are highly desired.
- Ability to highlight priorities and handle several tasks at a time.
