A QA Specialist needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for entering Customer Complaint information into the tracking systems (EtQ, Excel, etc.)
- Reviews received documentation and works with the Customer Care and Drug Safety departments to resolve documentation issues regarding source complaint documents.
- Performs data entry of all received product quality complaints into the electronic complaint system
- Create trend reports for all received Customer Complaints.
- Trend on the product, strength, lot number, complaint classification, etc.
- Identify any found trends and report to management
- Retrieves batch records and supporting documentation necessary for complaint investigation and closure.
- Collaborates with Technical Operations, Customer Care, Drug Safety, Investigational Materials Supply Chain and other departments, as necessary to ensure a timely close out of the complaint.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BA/BS Degree plus a minimum of five (5) plus years in Quality Assurance at a pharmaceutical company
