5K a year PEARLYWHITES - Berkeley Heights location is looking to hire an experienced Dental Insurance Specialist or Dental Receptionist with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Insurance specialists are expected to be well organized, detailed oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on strict deadlines.
Essential Duties:
Verify dental eligibility and insurance benefits and maintain accurate policy details in the Practice Management Software prior to patient appointments.
Communicate with patients effectively to resolve any eligibility issues.
Confirm copayments with patients prior to scheduled appointments.
Partner with supported dental practices to resolve issues related to eligibility.
Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Dental Billing or Medical Billing is a PLUS but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in Spanish is required.
