Responsibilities:
o Work on EFTPS Build activities.
o Target System on-boardingo Single Point of Contact for support serviceso Lead the complete operations team on technical fronto Respond to the email's for any advisory task.
o On-call support with the aligned support team member.
o Debugging the issues o Provide the onsite support for Major/Minor upgrade.
o Perform RCA'so DR Failover drillso Define any new policies in the PAM Solutiono Break glass password retrievalo Update documentation as and when requiredo Any new server Account Addition /Deletion for existing types of integrations.
o Adding users in the group and opening of firewall port request.
o Troubleshooting of operational issues like:

Authentication Failure (LDAP user's/application Internal users like appuser and gwuser)b.
End point target server connectivity issuec.
Password change/verification failure on i.
Scheduled task ii.
OS (Windows/Unix/Database) level Login accountsd.
PAM Daily scheduled backup failuree.
DC to DR data replication failuref.
PAM Email notification related configurationo In an unforeseen event or in case the issue is not resolved via L3 team, log PAM support ticket with OEM and follow up for timely resolution.
o To perform drills related to:

DR-DC Fall-backc.
Vault Restorationo Business continuity with DR environmento Manage policies configured in the PAM solutiono Creating new policies Recommended Skills Consulting Databases Debugging Drilling Operations Firewalls (Computer Science) Ldap Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
