Job Description:
The role of the Software Assessment create application packages and develop custom scripts based on business requirements.
- Software review and application packaging (Must Have) - pplication packing software - PS APP Deploy Toolkit (PSADTK).
oReviews and assesses risk associated with new and existing 3rd party software titles producing corresponding documentation.
oCollects and analyses pertinent software documentation, industry statistics, release notes, vulnerability mgmt.
, and life cycle mgmt.
oCollaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Security teams.
oDocuments their recommendations for approval or denial status based on collected evidence.
oCreates deployment packages and custom applications for net new software titles, upgrades, and application uninstalls.
oCreates, submits, and obtains approvals for application deployment change controls.
oParticipates in QA and peer review process with Operations team.
oDocuments tech specifications for all new and updated application packages.
oManages required and available software deployments using SCCM/MECM.
