About the day to day.
Day to day as a leader in Decision Science you will counsel clients through complex sales and marketing problems and lead a team of incredibly talented data practice individuals.
Our goal is to provide solutions effectively and diligently to our clients through insights, engagement, and business development.
Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions with a focus on client satisfaction across solution area and industry verticals.
Leverage and customize Axtrias proprietary analytics to client needs, resulting in exceptional client value from every project.
Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Build long-lasting client relationships through strong analytical consulting and advisory skills.
Act as a consultative doer-seller delivering owning revenue growth for a portfolio of accounts.
Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to ensure ongoing refinement of our analytical tools and development of new client solutions.
Make presentations and recommendations to clients on optimal customer, sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
Contribute to Axtrias development of new solutions and analytical models.
Recruit, manage and mentor a team of analysts for success planning.
Responsible for managing a P&L ensuring the growth of a large delivery organization.
Groom strong consultants and directors mentoring and building next layer of leadership.
Develop industry leading expertise and manage specific offering OR capabilities areas for the firm.
What Axtria looks for.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
Graduate degree and certification preferred.
Minimum of 16 years of experience with a combination of consultative business and commercial pharma/life science client or industry work is required.
Deep knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical data sets such as prescriber-plan data, patient level data, transactional claims, EMR/EHR data, SPP Hub data, diagnostic data etc.
is a plus.
Experience building global delivery organization and success planning.
Proven expertise using analytic tools such as Excel, R, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, and able to quickly master new packages.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
Experience with the application of statistical estimation techniques and / or optimization techniques.
