Long Term Day 1 Onsite Product Manager What does a great Product Management Professional do? Product Management Professionals are focused on building and maintaining a balanced Product/Solution portfolio, building, and maintaining product/solution roadmaps, defining detailed market requirements, conduct technology assessments, and working closely with product design & development to deliver per the roadmaps.
Must have comprehensive knowledge/expertise in Financial Services or Fintech industry, a deep understanding of user personas and how the products are used Must have a solid knowledge of competitor solutions, a strong handle on product/solution with technical background Become an integral part of Business Transformation and wear multiple hats in the team to support strategic priorities Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Master's degree with 2 years OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of work experience bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, Science or Statistics or 5 years relevant experience in the field Ability to clearly communicate visually and verbally - product roadmap & plan with business specifications to stakeholders Highly collaborative team player who can bring people together to achieve a collective goal Experience in Technology Solutions with clients and partners Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous product strategy into simple tactical business flows and specifications to stakeholders Strong written, visual, verbal communication skills Advanced Skills,
Experience:
Preferred experience in Project/Program Management, UX Design/Research, Webservices, Business/Data/Product Analysis Experience KYC, Security, Fraud, or Identity products Diverse experience and working exposure to JSON Web Tokens, OpenID Connect, IAM, Auth, Claims Understanding of the current federal and state consent and privacy management regulatory environment Understanding app/web solutions interaction with APIs Familiarity with user consent and claims Familiarity with OTP/MFA Travel required:
